Basic Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not provided)

 

Positions
 

1. Line Cook

SMT LA is looking for a friendly, hardworking, and dependable Line Cook for their takeout and delivery operations. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock food and supplies 

• Maintain clean and sanitary workstations 

• Assist with food prep 

• Follow recipe guidelines and prepare food according to current menu

• Cleans and sanitizes production equipment 

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in Asian cuisine preferred

• Experience working in a major brand restaurants or hotel preferred

• Occasional travel required for business purposes

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds 

2. Food Service Attendant 

SMT LA is looking for a friendly, energetic and hardworking Food Service Attendant for their takeout and delivery operations. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming orders on all sales platforms and convey orders to correct kitchen stations 

• Package finished items and check to ensure orders are prepared correctly 

• Answer phones and address questions from customers

• Monitor order times to ensure timely preparation of items 

• Assist Chef and other kitchen personnel as needed to ensure quality and timely experience for customers 

• Perform additional duties as assigned 

 

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in Asian cuisine preferred 

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills  

• Occasional travel required for business purposes

• Be able to life up to 50 pounds

• Bilingual in English & Korean preferred
